This statement only concerns the website of Mosca Bruno S.r.l. and not other websites that the user may consult through links. Following consultation of this site may be processed data on persons identified or identifiable. The responsible of treatment is Mr. Bruno Mosca. The “holder of processing” is the firm Mosca Bruno  S.r.l. with seat in Via del Macello n. 25 – 39100 Bolzano

DATA PROCESSING PLACE
The processing operations connected to the web services of this website take place at the above-mentioned offices of Mosca Bruno S.r.l and are only handled by technical personnel of the Department in charge of processing, or by persons in charge of occasional maintenance operations.
No data deriving from the web service is communicated or disseminated. The personal details provided by users who request dispatch of informative material (DVD, news, answers to questions, etc.) are used with the sole purpose of supplying or performing the service requested and are communicated to third parties only if this is necessary for that purpose.

• Navigation data
The computer systems and software procedures used to operate this website acquire, during their normal operation, some personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols.
This information is not collected to be associated to identified interested parties, but by their very nature could, through elaborations and associations with data held by third parties, allow users to be identified. In this category of data includes IP addresses or domain names of computers used by users who connect to the site, addresses in URI notation (Uniform Resource Identifier) of requested resources, the time of request, the method used in submitting the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in reply, the numerical code indicating the status of the reply given by the server (successful, error, etc.) and other parameters relating to the operating system and to the computer environment of the user.
These data are used only to obtain anonymous statistical information on site usage and to check its correct functioning and is deleted immediately after processing. The data could be used to ascertain responsibility in case of hypothetical computer crimes against the site: apart from this possibility, the data on web contacts do not persist for more than seven days.

• Data provided voluntarily by the user
The optional, explicit and voluntary sending of e-mails to the addresses indicated on this website entails the subsequent acquisition of the sender's address, needed to answer his/her requests, and of any other personal data inserted in the missive. COOKIES
No user personal data is purposely acquired by the website. Does not use cookies to transmit personal information, nor are used c.d. persistent cookies of any kind, or systems for tracking users. The use of session c.d. cookies (which are not memorised permanently on the user's computer and disappear when the browser is closed) is strictly limited to transmitting session identifiers (consisting of random numbers generated by the server) necessary to allow safe and efficient exploration of the site. The session cookies used in this site avoid using other techniques potentially prejudicial to the privacy of users ' browsing and do not allow the acquisition of personal identification data of the user.

Pursuant to the same article shall have the right to request cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data processed unlawfully, as well as to oppose in any case, for legitimate reasons, to their treatment.
